Complementary digital proofs:

• We offer complementary digital proofs for every project.
• Most physical proofs require a $100 deposit - used as a credit for your order.
• We offer two rounds of complementary edits.  Additioanl edits are subject to $150/hr.

If you are not satisfied, we promise to make it right:

• For any shipping delays, we offer a 10% discount if we miss your deadline.  Simply email us within 48 hours of delivery.
• If your prints are not perfect, we will repint it - free of charge.
• Full refunds will require an authorization number prior to returns being procesed. 

Cancellations:

• Your project may be canceled at anytime prior to proof approval at no charge.
• Once the proof is approved, there is a 20% project cancelation policy.
• Once tooling has begun, you will be responsible for tooling costs in addition to the 20% cancelation fee.
